Camden Asset Management L.P.
Privacy Policy
Revised as of June 2016

This Privacy Policy sets forth the policy of Camden Asset Management, LP (the "Company") with respect to nonpublic personal information that the Company may collect through this website (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy applies to individuals only and may be changed at any time, provided that if we make any substantial change to this Privacy Policy, we will post a prominent announcement on the Site and will post the updated Privacy Policy here. The Company reserves the right to change or remove this Statement at our discretion. Any changes or updates will be effective immediately upon posting to this web site. If you access our web site after we have posted changes to this Statement, you are agreeing to accept the changes.

Except as required by law, to cooperate with regulators or law enforcement authorities, and to protect our rights and property, the Company does not disclose any of this personal information to anyone, other than to its affiliates, and except as permitted by law, to the Company's attorneys and regulators and to certain service providers, such as a third party that hosts this Site.

This Site may use "cookies," which may automatically collect certain information and data. "Cookies" are small pieces of data sent to your computer browser from the Company's web server and stored on your computer's hard drive. The data identifies you as a unique user and facilitates your ongoing access to and use of this Site. Cookies also help the Company diagnose problems with the Company's server. Currently we do not track individual users; but we may implement the capacity to do so in the future.

The Company seeks to carefully safeguard your private information and, to that end, restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees and to certain other persons, including service providers such as a third party that hosts this Site, who need to know such information.

The Company’s site uses current Web server technology, which provides us with data encryption and authentication features. Certain communications between you and this web site are protected by a Secure Sockets Layer (“SSL”). Your browser will let you know when the page you are viewing is secure. SSL is a technology that is used to establish an encrypted connection between your computer and the web server. Pages accessed via SSL allow all data on those pages transmitted between the server and your computer to be encrypted even while traveling across multiple networks. The encryption is achieved through an electronic scrambling technology that uses “keys” to encrypt and decrypt data. The “keys” for each secure session are established and retired automatically by the SSL program; it is not necessary for you to learn to operate an encryption program. The Company uses SSL encryption that provides the maximum encryption key length (up to 128 bits) allowed by your browser when transmitting your information. The longer the key, the more secure the encrypted data.

If you would like to correct, review or delete any information you have submitted to the Company via this web site, you may do so at any time by e-mail, postal mail or telephone call.
